Steffany and I are thrilled to be over at The Wood Connection today to share our latest Wood Connection project-an adorable and easy shadow box frame! If your like me, you are taking way too many pictures with all the summer fun going on. I probably should take less pictures…..but what fun is that?!! The next best thing is to get those pictures on display. This is a quick project perfect for displaying those fun summer photos, or even a great quote, or some kids artwork, maybe tickets to an upcoming event……anything!
Here’s what you need from the Wood Connection:
- One shadow box (they have 4 different sizes to choose from, ours is the 8×10 size)
- Paint & brush
- Paper for background
- Mini clothespins
You will also need two cup hooks and some glue. Start by painting the shadow box. (We painted ours before we took this picture…)
We also tied a piece of ribbon around the whole box with a bow on top. Then simply use the clothespins to hang a picture!
My girls love choosing what to display next! It’s a fun way to keep the summer memories alive – and so great to see some of those summer photos make their way into our home for display! So let’s just keep on taking pictures…..even if it is too many. 😉
